Processing times may vary on a case-by-case basis. We strive to acknowledge all relevant submission within five (5) business days.
When reporting a product security vulnerability and to help us better assist you, you may include the following information:
- Name and version of the affected product or software;
- Technical description of the vulnerability and;
- How you discovered the vulnerability.
Upon the processing of your report, we will monitor the situation and status updates will be provided as necessary.
