My Lithium Battery Solar Panel (SPLB-22) does not charge with the DC power adapter
Cause 1: the DC power adapter is plugged in the wrong port
Solution:
1. Ensure the DC power adapter is correctly plugged to the 5 V INPUT port and to a power socket.
All the other ports will not charge the Lithium Battery Solar Panel.
2. The green LED indicator turns on when the solar panel is charging.
3. The solar panel should be fully charged after 4 to 6 hours.
4. Hold the TEST button for 5 seconds to check the battery level.
CAUTION:
Do not drop, disassemble or puncture the power pack.
Do not place in fire, extreme high temperature, or water.
If you notice something not right when in use or when charging, like melting, a bulge in the housing or the unit gets extremely hot, stop using it immediately.
WARNING: Failure to follow these safety instructions may result in fire, electric shock, damage, or other injury. This power pack is not a toy. Keep away from children and operate outside.
